Hi there, are you keen to improve your health and fitness in a beautiful park with like-minded people? If you are then you’ve come to the right place!
My name is Mark and my aim with Step into Life Mount Maunganui is to help people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals in health and fitness. Our exercise environment is both friendly and supportive so you’ll enjoy yourself while meeting the challenges of each session and moving closer to your goals. Step into Life Members range from teenagers to retirees, from business workers to stay-at-home mums. Typical goals include losing weight, toning up, stress relief and having more social interaction within the community. Our coffee club sessions are a real hit!
We exercise Outdoors in a group environment, which means that you work within your own range of fitness with others around to help support and encourage you to amazing results. Moa Park is our choice of venue with excellent sheltered terrain, close proximity to the beach and even a playground for those who want to bring their kids. Every session is different, helping to keep you motivated while having fun and keeping fit.
