Awesome  gym and fitness facility. Staff  are amazing with fantastic personal trainers  fully qualified for your training requirements.  Two floors with great equipment and good music Awesome  atmosphere. Based south end of Newton rd I highly recommend  Flex Fitness for your gym of choice.

this gym is so good, any health conscious person can join here. you  can get sufficient equipment and fitness friendly environment

Love that this place had all kinds of different things to keep people fit and also having a shower/bathroom upstairs super great place!

Not a bad place it's all open planned has quite abit of space but there's not alot of privacy for those who don't like to be seen while working out theres a range of classes and personal trainers
