Result Based - Personal Training and Result Based - Team Training
Team Training - is 3+ people in a team, it is Circuit Style Training with a twist, training with like minded people
who are training hard but having fun. 50min session
Personal Training - 1 to 1 or 1 to 2 people. 30-60min sessions pending on the Client. Sport Specific to a General population right to a good old
training rev up for those who need a change.
