LIFE Personal Fitness runs fitness camps, corporate camps and thrill seekers in the Bay of Plenty area.
Life Personal Fitness holds three, ten week group fitness camps each year finishing with an intensive six to eight week Christmas camp, in Mount Maunganui/Tauranga.
Camps consist of strength, resistance, and cardio style training aimed to increase and maintain your fitness, lose body weight and reduce body fat, depending on your personal goals.
Sessions are varied indoor and outdoor, with surprise components along the way.
Training is held Monday through Friday with sessions at 6am, 9.30am and 7.30pm so you can choose the time that fits your lifestyle. You attend three sessions each week, with suggested training for the in between days. There is a maximum number of people per session to ensure your safety at all times.
Guidance on nutrition and motivation is also available on the camps.
Our relationships with specialists in the fitness industry enables us to put you in contact with experts for all aspects of your training, from footwear through sports specific masseuses.
Corporate camps and team building options are also available in the Bay of Plenty area. Camp durations and times are tailored to suit you company.
Our thrillseeker options are one to two day events that have taken us to the Tongariro crossing, snow planet, Whakatane ropes course, paintball, mountain biking, to name a few. These events are always rounded off with beautiful food and coffee.
We will also run support at selected events within the region for our fitness camp members and their families and friends. Tough Guy Rotorua, Surf to Sand, Rotorua Marathon and the Kaimai Classic area few of the events we attended so far.
