Marie Healy is fantastic, she always keeps us informed if tenants are having problems or if repairs needs to be done. She organises any contractors that are required to fix or maintain the properties and she also keeps us informed on the viability of increasing rent. Marie is always helpful, friendly, informative, polite but also very practical with her solutions and deals with problems quickly and with consideration for all parties. I cannot recommend Stacey Howden of Summit Stoke highly enough. She has managed a tenant exit excellently, supervised compliance works with outstanding attention to detail including crawling around underneath the property and in the roof space and making the contractor return to complete a few details. The routine inspections are detailed with exacting attention and the tenant is extremely happy to have Stacey as the manager. Stacy is the first property manager we have dealt with. She responded to our calls and messages in a timely fashion and organized tradesmen etc efficiently.
