Story

Having had her own rentals in the past, Mel is committed to taking the very best care of her clients and their properties to ensure a hassle free experience.

After working in the security industry, she understands the importance of leaving no stone unturned, whether it’s interviewing prospective tenants or completing inspections. Mel knows that two crucial elements of her job are securing the best tenants for the property and dealing with maintenance issues as soon as they arise; this provides the best opportunity for a happy long term tenancy.

She prides herself on her honesty and while her property owners are her number one priority, she endeavours to build a good rapport with her tenants as well to encourage open communication.

She also holds an NZQA Residential Property Management Level 4 Qualification.

Mel was born in Wales and has been proud to call New Zealand home for over 12 years. She has resided in Ruby Bay for the last 6 years with her family and manages properties in Richmond, Brightwater, Wakefield, Mapua & Mahana.
