Nestled against native bush with expansive views out to Croisilles Harbour this is a peaceful retreat. The diving and fishing is great or just walking to see the sights. The waters edge and boat ramp as well as a children's playground are nearby.

Story

Our two story modern house is designed to be a home away from home. It is available for short holiday stays. The top level has a large deck with BBQ and outdoor dining area, 1 bedroom, full bathroom, indoor dining/living, kitchen, an additional living area and a conservatory. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite toilet and shower. All bedrooms have queen sized beds. Hot water and cooking are both gas. There is a fire with plenty of wood available.

The property is elevated with a fully landscaped section with wonderful views of bush and sea. Situated in the main housing area the property has a stream along one boundary. There is separate parking for vehicles and boat. There are facilities for boat washing facilities and fish filleting with these areas separate from the house. There is TV, DVD, and a Stereo/CD Player.

Nestled against native bush with wonderful views of the bay and out through to the Crosielles harbour. A cafe is close by with fishing or diving charter available. Dive bottles can be rented or filled at the local store. The area is great for hunting, kayaking, skiing, picnics as well as fishing and diving. The boat ramp is 400m away and our house has a 9m boat pad at the bottom of the section with fish filleting table., scalloping, diving and picnics. 400metres to boat ramp, 200 metres to childrens play ground. Fully landscaped private and quiet section.
