I recently visited SoundSure Ear Clinic in Tauranga for the removal of what turned out to be years of thick, dark, impacted earwax. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism and care shown by the clinician.nnShe started by using olive oil to further soften the stubborn wax, which was a thoughtful and effective step that ensured the micro-suction procedure was comfortable and quick. The clinician was thorough, and the difference afterward was like night and day.nnMy hearing is now incredibly clear, and while sounds are currently a little sensitive which I understand is normal as my brain adjusts!, the result is truly excellent. Highly recommend SoundSure for their expertise and gentle approach to clearing difficult earwax. Thank you for the high-definition hearing!
Been coming here for the past few years now, have tried a lot of different places and SoundSure has by far been the best. Never felt more comfortable and safe as I have been with Jo. Super friendly, super gentle - Will never go anywhere else again unless SoundSure closes up.

Jo is excellent in her profession. Very gentle and very friendly. I have brought my daughter and my grandchildren to get their ears cleaned and not once they complain about discomfort. We walked out with a smile after getting our ears cleaned
