Couldn’t speak more highly of this clinic. Took a family member there in the evening desperate for urgent help after bad fall. Their prompt attention when they saw the state she was in was done with utter professional care and respect. It was 5* service with triage then consultation online with a doctor. Don’t hesitate if you need urgent medical care -  the staff were wonderful. Thank you ladies for your kindness and superb care. We were most impressed and very grateful!

My husband and I had to take my distraught almost 4 year old son here today for a medical issue that needed immediate attention. We were treated with such kindness and compassion even though we were all mostly me a bit of a mess. Every single person we came into contact with at this centre went above and beyond to help us and we felt truly cared for.My son was in pain and pretty terrified and we were given juice, ice block, bubbles and colouring in. I am honestly blown away, we have never been treated with such care in an urgent care centre. This is such an amazing team of people who know how to provide the highest standard of care. Thank you all so so much for your service and care of today. We had to rush to the emergency with our 5year old who had a big cut on his head and was bleeding and screaming in pain. The staff were welcoming, accommodating, we were seen immediately. Sean, the paramedic who did the switches, was particularly nice, he really went out of his way to make an awfully stressful and painful experience be as smooth and comfortable as possible. Thank you so much guys

Have been to 365 three times in the last 3 months and I have been so extremely impressed every single time, that I am happy to hand over the fee!!nnNot only is the wait time so minimal, but the staff are genuinely friendly and kind, and the service is thorough.nnAlso the premises is warm and comfortable and makes the minimal wait actually pleasant - unlike the cold, uncomfortable clinical feel of other A&Es.nnHighly recommend
