Lovely new facility clean and modern. I have been to a few for medical scans as this is my second pregnancy however this was my worst experience. Maybe the sonographer was having a bad day or maybe it is because I was 5 minutes late…. Although the appointment was over so fast I’m sure there wouldn’t have been any delays for other appointments. Glad my appointments are funded as I would not be satisfied paying $75 for that service.
Absolutely lovely set up inside, beautiful designed entrance and seating area. The professionalism & friendlyness of all staff I dealt with put me right at ease for the first time I had what I had done. Everything is so clean, I even loved the robes they provide, instead of stark hard hospital gowns, they have nice soft, beautiful ones which add's to putting one at ease. The way the radiographer explained everything to me, incredibly professional. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend as your choice of where to go for all your scans.
I had a scan and X-ray at Bay Radiology and couldn’t have wished for better service and professionalism. Everyone I met on my ‘little journey’ , was friendly and super efficient. The facilities are well thought out and comfortable. Even the X-ray involved a giggle or two!nThanks team,nMark.
Overall pretty average experience- sonographer was lovely but trying to access the images online was so much hassle and even the receptionist didn’t know what she was doing, had to call after 3 days to get them and then they are very low quality, don’t know why they don’t just give regular print outs, also quite expensive at $75- would go somewhere else
