The premises were lovely and The Receptionists were also cheerful and lovelynHowever the stenographer was not.n“the sonographer was extremely rude and made my daughter cry. It’s her first pregnancy and she turned what’s meant to be a pleasant and exciting experience into something awful with her attitude and cultural incompetence”. We can’t get this time back. Staff were polite but very nonchalant, and there was little effort to explain costs or provide clarity.nnBay Radiology charges a service fee on top of what is supposed to be a fully ACC-funded ultrasound. While I understand this may be industry standard, their surcharge was approximately 50% higher than a local competitor in the Bay of Plenty.nnBased on the lack of transparency around pricing and the overall experience, I chose to take my referral elsewhere.
For those of you ladies who really feel the discomfort having breast screening, today I had a great experience, the most comfortable and most pleasant experience ever. So sorry I don't remember your name but keep doing what you're doing
Everyone was very kind and accommodating, and the wait time was minimal. If I ever need to, I would definitely come back again. Thanks guys!
Good parking,very friendly,helpful staff,they answered all my questions regarding my appointment,and gave me a form of consent to sign before the procedure.
