The staff were very friendly & helpful & the ski hire great, however the gloves I was recommended to buy only lasted one day until the seam split. See photo. I would like a refund please.
We normally ski on our own equipment but due to a slightly over weight bag, we decided to rent our ski's. The staff were friendly and the service was greatly appreciated. Will definitely use again. The ski's were better than my own. And banged into other happy customers.
Snowbiz were awesome and ever so helpful with our ski rental gear. Their shop assistants were polite and had a ton of patience with us as we got kitted out for our ski trip. They couldn't do enough for you and we would highly recommend them if you are looking to hire rental gear for your skiing holiday.

Rented equipment for the week. Excellent service from the staff in the store which made the process efficient and painless. Skis and boots were top quality and went great for the full week. Will definitely be heading back next year to rent our gear

Highly recommend hiring gear from Snowbiz. Awesome team who were super helpful and efficient at sorting our rental gear. The skis were awesome and really great quality.
If you need rental equipment this is really the place to go. Huge competition on prices out there at the minute which these guys are more than matching up with but what in my opinion is separating them from the rest is how accomodating and friendly the staff are. Joshua, Raff and Emily you're a credit to yourselves and the business
