All equipment is new...which is refreshing as some gyms have a mixture of old and new or just old. Of all the snap fitness I have been too this one has just about everything equipment wise. Nicely spaced out and lovely staff. Small shower rooms and the pressure isn't that great, but other than that awesome.
Very welcoming and accomodating staff, excellent person trainers and amazing new equipment and look. Plus it being 24/7 means you can sneak in those cheeky 4am sessions before a long uni/work day. Would highly recommend!

Staff is always helpful PT always on the floor helping people and they remember my name even when I hadn't been in for a while!, wide range of new equipment, open 24/7 And a handy month to month plan which you can cancel anytime or a year contact, both come with a pt session. Good atmosphere!

Such a positive atmosphere here at Snap, Jen is always so friendly and helpful with anything you need. The gym is always clean and there is always equipment available to use. Open 24/7 so suits any time of the day workouts Definitely recommend to achieve your fitness goals
The team at Snap Fitness Palmerston North are amazing! Jen, Ash and Lou are such friendly and helpful people, always going above and beyond to assist with any enquiries or training needs! The atmosphere is positive and welcoming, clean and accommodating, I'd recommend this gym to all.
When I first joined I didn’t know where to start. A friendly PT drew up a plan for me. I renewed my plan every 6 to 8 weeks. Now I’m confident enough to write my own plans. The staff are friendly and always willing to help when you need it. I love the new addition of ‘crowdDJ’ so I get to enjoy my music when iIwork out and not have to worry about earplugs. I love how clean and tidy Snap Fitness is too!
I did a Google search for a 24hr gym in Palmerston North, and came across Snap Fitness. I was in Palmerston North for a family funeral, and was only visiting for three days. On the Snap Fitness website they offered a free three day trial - however it is only available to local residents. I discovered this after I'd already filled out the application, and left a phone message with staff member Stewart. Stewart called me back about an hour or so later. I explained to him that I wasn't a resident, and was only visiting for a few days for a funeral. He said that it wasn't a problem, and that I was welcome to come in for the free trial anyway. At the time - 5pm - I was literally on my way to the family service, and told Stewart that I wouldn't be free till at least 9pm, and I was keen for a workout. Stewart advised me that although he finished work at 6pm, he'd be happy to "run to the gym and open up for me" - anytime up to 10.30pm! I ended up getting to the gym a bit after 7.30pm, where I was greeted by a smiling and helpful Stewart. Snap Fitness is a great modern gym, that has a very friendly vibe. It has a good mix of free weights and machines in excellent condition, as well as several treadmills. There are also some small-ish, but very well maintained shower/changing facilities. I had a fantastic and enjoyable experience at Snap Fitness Palmerston North - all enhanced by the outstanding service provided by their staff member Stewart.
Absolutely love snap fitness! Jen, Louise and Ash are always so friendly, encouraging and supporting to achieve your goals. Always tidy and very welcoming. Would Defiently recommend Snap Fitness Gym to anyone no matter what your goals are.
