Family operated and is very personal. Spacious with reasonably good equipment. Personal training and programs designed for specific goals.

Great gym, not the most modern but great facilities, owners are incredibly welcoming and extremely knowledgable, cater for those with higher needs and disabilities, great pole classes aswell.

The best gym in the manawatu where everyone is welcome we are one big happy family and it don't matter weather you young. Older  over weight or have special needs  I love been part of this gym

Dirty equipment, wouldn't recommend going. Jetts is way better

The lady staff member is keen to help and that matters a lot

This place is BOSS as heaps of old school gear tons of room no posers
