Nice place. Tucked away in the back end of the industrial area which is quite nice, close to a lot of work places and so parking is easy. Nice modern, well furnished tavern that feels homely. Food is as you’d expect, would eat again but not speciality not a bad thing! staff are very friendly and the place is warm. Beers on tap are a good selection and some spirits too which is nice. Will be back again!
We had a booking of 8 last night Saturday upstairs. The server was excellent.nHe was very attentive and made many trips upstairs throughout the night with our food and drinks always with a smile and was very pleasant.nThe food was great, we had a varied range of dishes and we were all very happy with our chosen meals which came out very quickly.nVery pleasant surroundings.nWe will definitely be back
Great place here in the heart of the Industrial area of Rolleston. Tastefully decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful, food was really nice. Dishes consumed were battered blue cod and Haloumi salad. Will definitely be back to try something else.
Pancakes bacon and bananas.nWho in the world was serve a burned banana or a spoiled banana to a Customer. No apologies from the chef only from the waitress. very very disappointed.
We unfortunately had a terrible experience here. We are not people with high expectations or frequent complaints, however we expect to receive food sooner than 2 hrs after ordering. When the food did eventually arrive, it was cold, dry, and sadly very average. See comments below re error with an allergy order. Such a shame but won’t be going back ever. The staff were kind but oblivious to how long it took for our food to arrive. Very pricey for the quality of food too.
