Had a really good experience at KFC Rolleston today. Aman was so friendly and welcoming, and she made sure everything was right with our order. The food came out fresh and quick, and her customer service honestly stood out. You can tell she works hard and treats customers really well. Definitely appreciated the great service
Stopped by KFC Rolleston and had such a good experience thanks to Aman. She was really kind, patient, and had a great attitude the whole time, even though it was busy. Order was spot on and the food was fresh and hot. Little things like friendly service honestly make a big difference. Will definitely be coming back
Chicken was dry, chips were stone cold bread rolls were squished up only good thing was the drink, very unhappy with the food also the tables weren't cleaned we asked nicely for someone to come clean them, and the staff didn't even look worried about the cleanliness, very unhygienic. Not somewhere id like to eat at agen.....Very unhappy with everything with that KFC out in rollenston we will definitely not be going back there at all
Purchased a 2pc quarter pack! Received 1 thigh piece and the second piece was a tiny wing the size of a 50c piece!!! For a $17 meal I would expect to receive more than a bite sized piece of chicken!! The manager was rude, service in this store was appalling. I would never return to this location and I’ll be advising all friends and family to do the same thing!nnNOT HAPPY!!
Last night we rocked up at 10.15pm , Served by Mahar what great customer service he has. we were in the courtesy van and we go their every friday night at the same time, this is the second time he has given outstanding service and the food was fresh and hot. give that man a pay rise
