In store wait times for single meals are 1 hour or more wait time, it’s fast food I get it.nBUT it’s disgusting, food is terrible oil definitely hasn’t been changed in days, staff don’t care about the place and it shows with their lack of cleanliness and respect for customers. Foul

I experienced an unreasonably long wait time in the queue, followed by receiving an incorrect order despite specifically ordering the Colonel’s Fix meal.nnAdditionally, I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided by both the staff and the manager.
