Placed 2 orders online where it stated the order will be ready in 10 mins. Reached the store in 10 mins. Waited for another 10 mins before receiving the first order. Followed up twice on the second order and received it 20 mins later. Drive thru orders were flying out the window. At least 5 customers who ordered food after I arrived were served with their food, but I had to wait and actually waive down a staff member to follow up on the order. Also one of the 2 chocolate mousse I ordered was frozen. Extremely poor and slow service despite having a large number of staff in store. Absolutely not recommended!
Am severely allergic to lettuce, specifically said to not put it into my burger, yet once i opened it up there was a lot of lettuce in there. Slow service and had to wait about 15-20 mins in the drive through and the chips had no seasoning at all when i asked for extra.
So this kfc was known to be slow but then I was there this avo with a friend, the service was actually super speedy. My friend had to go back to get something from the car and by the time they got back, I had already received my order. Not sure if because it wasn’t that busy but yeah pleasantly surprised by the speed.
Felt like I was an inconvenience to their day. 7+ staff pretty much all in a contest to see who would dirty their hands by serving me. KFC used to be good, but with most franchisees these days, I barely go in anymore.
Probs worst kfc I've been to.n1. The staff were speaking gibberish they talked too fast and quiet I couldn't hear. Bruhn2 the chicken was starchy and bland like many others said.n3 they didn't even put the coke in the tray when they gave it to me. The woman at the front asked me if I wanted it I SAID YES. she LITERALLY DISAPPEARED AND NEVER GAVE IT TO ME. HOW CAN YOU HIRE PEOPLE LIKE THAT!!???.??njust don't bother coming here there was legit 30 people waiting for their food from the store and drive thrunFire these kids
