The wicked wings were disappointing. The batter was hard and didn't even coat the chicken properly. Instead there were big chunks of batter flaking off the chicken. Definitely not consistent with wicked wings from all your other branches.
Burger we wanted was not available. The burgers we ended up ordering + fries were fresh. Potato & gravy was watery. The person who took our order was very offhand about us not being able to have the burger we wanted. Service could be improved.
Food was awful. Soggy and disgusting. Burger fillers were cut in half. Shud be advertised as half filled burgers. Totally understand you are struggling as a company but why do you inflict the pain onto the customer. Charge more and skimp on quality. .I am a life long kfc fan ....the only fast food outlet I will go to. No longer ever again....terrible and disgusting how you are taking out your own company failure onto the customer.......I will miss my zinger stacker. But let's get real it's no longer a stacker.......it's a cut in half fillet right. Shame on you
Your average KFC with semi-clean floors, not enough employees and iffy order fulfillment. Carefully check your order before you leave and be prepared to wait longer than normal in the drive-thru.
Very kind staff, they got my food out really fast, the wicked wings were perfectly cooked with a great crunch! Love kfc rolleston
