Had a really good experience at KFC Rolleston today. Aman was so friendly and welcoming, and she made sure everything was right with our order. The food came out fresh and quick, and her customer service honestly stood out. You can tell she works hard and treats customers really well. Definitely appreciated the great service
Stopped by KFC Rolleston and had such a good experience thanks to Aman. She was really kind, patient, and had a great attitude the whole time, even though it was busy. Order was spot on and the food was fresh and hot. Little things like friendly service honestly make a big difference. Will definitely be coming back
One hour wait. Missing burger.nnWe placed our order at around 6:10pm and arrived at the store about 10 minutes later. After waiting for quite some time, we asked staff about our order several times, but each time were simply told to keep waiting. Meanwhile, we watched many customers who ordered after us receive their food first.nnAround 7:10pm, the order screen showed our order as “Ready”, but when we asked, staff said the screen was “only an estimate” and told us to continue waiting. A short while later, we discovered our food had actually been sitting in the warmer the whole time. No one had called our order number or brought it to the counter.nnAfter waiting for around an hour, we finally received our food. Unfortunately, when we got back to the car, we realised one of the burgers was missing from the order.
I had a really great experience at the KFC drive-thru today. The girl who served me was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the whole visit so much better. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and good attitude, especially when you’re just grabbing a quick meal.nnMy order was handled efficiently, everything was correct, and the service felt genuine rather than rushed. Big thanks to her for the excellent customer service it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I’ll be coming back again.
