It is a good place for massage if you keen to try. Value is good if you buy the voucher! Light is okay but atmosphere could be improved as original price isn't cheap! music would be highly suggested the owner to volume up with Blue or classic music!! One more suggestion is to high point would be have some armor incentive would really bonus up to attract high-end customer!!  Also to show the customers what products your company used will help more to let the customer believe the products is good quality and what is special about your shop compared to others as massage shop shall be aiming for loyal customer but one time customers!! provide same deal back to new customer is good idea!!

Lovely staff and great central city location! I had a massage done by a lovely lady who was very mindful of the pressure she massaged my injured leg with. During my massage I could hear the other staff members talking loudly which was a bit distracting but aside from that it was great!

I had two wax services booked today. Everything was great. The service was great and the staff were exceptional. She went above and beyond and really paid attention to detail. I will definitely be back for all my wax services. Thank you!

Never again. I went to Seres whilst in Auckland in December. My nails are now in horrible shape and the staff their are rude. I bought a manicure and pedicure voucher off Groupon and they didnt honor the pedicure part of it. Avoid at all costs.
