An absolutely amazing experience. The therapist and receptionist were so caring, professional and it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Rebooked and products purchased. The best treatment I have had in Auckland.
My third treatment here, and they are simply fantastic! The quality of the massage is superb, plus a very warm reception welcome! I was very stressed when I arrived due to delayed public transport, but felt like I was wrapped in a cocoon and left very relaxed and happy. Highly recommend!
Prashob is an expert massage therapist. I have had three seperate treatments and each one has been an extraordinary experience which left me rejuvenated, with greatly reduced stress and feeling well and balanced for weeks! I really enjoyed my experience! My therapist, Ratna was accommodating and checked on the pressure through out my 2 hour massage and Shirodara. Was very relaxing and will be recommending to friends and family!
This is the place I go to restore my soul and to replenish. In particular I generally get the Shanti treatment that does a massage first to relax the body and then immediately followed by Shirodara treatment which is when warm oil is poured continuously on your third eye chakra for about 20-25mins followed by head massage. I feel like my mind is so nourished rather than dry afterwards. I would recommend to anyone who uses their mind a lot for work. Spa Ayurveda also send me gifts at Christmas time which is so lovely! I am so thankful.
