Beautiful place and such a kind environment! I had my lashes lifted and I’ve never got so many compliments before - my technician also gave me an amazing head and shoulder massage, I will definitely be going back!

The service was friendly and facility is clean. I went for a lash lift but unfortunately my lashes were overprocessed, and I’ve noticed over the last 24 hours that some lashes are falling out. Would revisit to trial their more common services, but would not get a lash lift there again given the price.

Had my facial a week ago and I have never seen my face so clear. Vivian truly did a good job looking after my skin and the massage was amazing! The rest of the staff members are so friendly as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to be pampered professionally, they will explain what your skin needs with reasonable fees. Looking forward to be in good hands again

My partner and I while shopping at Westfield Newmarket decided to get some pampering done. We ended up at Cinderella The Chrysalis Room. We were greeted warmly. Consulted on what treatment we would like, filled the form and then were taken into the room for couple relaxation massage. Both therapists who attended to us were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the massage and felt so relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend.Service:&nbsp;Massage

This spa is my absolute favorite I have found! Their services cover any need you could have AND their staff are amazing at both their services and the way they treat their clients.  The products they carry and have recommended me so far may be some of the best skin care I have ever used, at a reasonable price as well!  I will continue to come here and would highly recommend their services and products!

I spent a relaxing two and a half hours on my birthday. The salon was perfect, relaxing, quiet and impeccably clean. The massage was just what I needed and the facial was so rejuvenating. I have been coming to Cinderella Beauty for a while and I can proudly say this is the best beauty clinic in Auckland. This clinic is professional and keeps eyes on every detail. Not only allow my skin to recover more promptly from pigmentation but they also designed a skin care plan for my skin, and educated me on how to take care of my skin for long term results. I highly recommend this place! Skin feeling so divine and recharged under the love and care of Cinderella The Chrysalis Room and the life changing products they offer!
