Such high hopes and they were dashed with a chocolate ginger almond cookie. It was probably a week old, dry and flavorless. Oddest cookie texture encountered. Couldn’t even pawn off to coworkers. Unfortunately will not be returning. Nope. Nope. Redeemed slightly months later with salad bar lunch options. Still pass on dessert.

Small and nice cafe with friendly staff working there. Even in the morning it's packed with people having mornibg coffee and breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere and their service and I think I will visit there again when given chances. Super nice.

Yum, yum, Seize, superbly placed across the road from Les Mills Lambton Quay, is a brilliant health-savvy treat. Superb menu that's been cleverly thought out to ensure the uninitiated aren't intimidated, but that healthier are properly catered to. Tumeric waffles and vegan summer are stand out options. The cabinet treats and select your own salads are sure to make for the perfect choice for someone. If only passing through, grab a smoothie that will make all your insides feel good. Go here to enjoy easy, healthy and delicious options without and of the pretense and enjoy a good slice after a filling brunch.

Best place for gluten free in town. The Turkish eggs are amazing!!!! But lots of vegan options too.

A quality alternative food cafe compared to most city cafes. The barista coffee and tea selection are excellent. The vegetarian options are broad and made to a high standard. Portions are large and presented in the correct plates and bowls Keen to eat here again in the near future! Worth the slightly higher price and wait in line - Seize is a delicious and healthy option for breakfast, lunch or snack. Serves Flight coffee at a cheaper price if you don't need a takeaway cup and plenty of smoothie choices.

Omelette was delicious! And service great. However lost two stars because there was a piece of glass/plastic in my meal. I tried to let staff know but no one approached table at any time and when I left staff were too busy to acknowledge me

Amazing vegan and non-vegan food beautifully served. Heap of tasty raw treats too. Highly recommend the bene and snickers slice

My favorite in the area! Best option for the healthier foods, not too much healthy options in the area, and this cafe was amazing! Great service, and delicious food!
