Food was amazing, best egg bene I have ever had, brisket was just delicious! Son had a burger it was huge and he loved every bite! Hubby had the loaded fries with gravy! Oh and the Coffee was just so good! Coming from Auckland prices were to be expected but the good itself was worth every dollar! And how cool it is also a brewery! Was a bit early in the day for a cold one but we will be back for sure!!

My kind of brewery and food. You can share nicely cooked smoked brisket, honey smoked bacon and pulled pork burgers. The hallmark of Salt and Wood Collective is serving tasty pancakes, cheesecakes and the chocolate bomb. Other breakfast meals worthy mentioning are eggs Benedict and the Kiwi big breakfast The beer and stout is excellent. The tried & tested match of beer & BBQ are done so right at North End Brewery / Salt & Wood Collective in Waikanae. The beers @northendbrewing are kiwi versions of traditional European styles, and our favourite, "Become the Ocean", is a unique gose that takes flavour inspiration from the Kapiti coast: tart, fruity & just a little bit salty. The food @saltandwoodbbq is big, bold & smokey BBQ, with fresh Olde Beach Bakery buns, locally grown produce & some of the best bread & butter pickles we've had in a long while. Fantastic pairings, will be back again!

10 out of 5 stars! Cool and hip feel. Fantastic flavours. Generous portions. Far better than the reasonable prices indicate. No wonder the place was packed.

Second time that we have dined here in the past 3 weeks. Awesome kai and drinks. Service is on point, team are friendly and engaging. No doubt we will be back.

Yum yum yum!!! My biggest complaint is how hard it is to decide what to eat. Great vibe, friendly staff, delicious food. Ticks all the boxes. New favourite!

The pulled pork in that burger was absolutely unreal. I wish I hadn't ordered the chicken and just ordered more dishes with the pulled pork. Will be returning for that over and over

The portions are enormous, the flavors are great. You are sitting amongst a brewery which gives it a rustic experience. The waiter of the night was as rustic. He was the only down part of the night.

Lovely atmosphere great food and fantastic service, candle lit was awesome definitely recommended yummy apple cider on tap : :ohh and the dirty fries Food: 4/5
