Garlic knots had no garlic, just tasted like warm clumps of bread. My first order was burnt and stiff. Staff swapped it for new slices but took my full sauce pottle out.
We ordered through Uber eats because for some reason Sal’s doesn’t deliver themselves. The pizza came cold and hard to chew. Also they missed part of our order. We ordered some sauce to go with the knots but knots weren’t delivered and the sauce went to waste. Called Uber driver straight away within seconds of her dropping it off. She couldn’t communicate as she couldn’t speak English. So called the store directly who didn’t even arrange for a redelivery. Very unhelpful and under-trained staff who had to pass the call around before I could speak with someone who finally apologised but not resolution provided. Requested Uber eats for a refund in the end. Such bad service and inedible food.
Good pizza...easy pickup arrangements during L3 lockdown
Love this place. It's expensive but it's worth it. The pepperoni wheels and the mozzarella sticks are amazingly good.
