Rutherford Hotel Nelson

We felt cared for and the smiling polite staff were delightful. Our room 413 is large and comfortable and all amenities, beds, linen, fridge, TV were excellent. Great bathroom and shower over bath. Quiet and clean.

Beautiful customer service. Everyone I interacted with over the past week, went above and beyond and were a delight to stay with. Decor is dated but maintained really well. Clean and tidy.

The hotel interior was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful but the room was not worth the money we were charged. Breakfast was good and the buffet was well stocked.

As tour leader of a British holiday group trip, I couldn't fault the staff and hotel. From the warm welcome, an unexpected welcome drink, great service from the reception staff and bar staff, through to the lovely food in the restaurantnNice, well equipped rooms too. I would definitely reccommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel. Lovely helpful staff, spacious rooms, has a bar, restaurant, cafe, pool, gym and laundry service. We were well looked after, thank you.
