Had a really amazing experience at Ruby's today.nWarmly greated by staff while meeting my sister there.nI ordered the big breakfast but customized it to meet my keto needs and they were so great and assuring that it was no trouble at all. I asked them whether it would be rude to ask them to toast my two slices of Keto bread that I brought in and they were so happy to do that for me.nFood was so yummy and so filling. I couldn't finish my plate.nThank you for a great experience girls!
Was a bit worried after reading recent reviews. But we were pleasantly surprised that the Rubys remains the samenQuality it always has been.nGreat food great service. dog friendly! Kid friendly. Excellent choctober options.
Had the Potato rosti and eggs and they were amazing! The others had the Mexican chicken salad and also loved it! Food has that extra special something that stands out and makes for a special meal. Great polite and quick service also. Would absolutely recommend.
We came here from Lower Hutt based on past reviews and photos. When we arrived at 10am the place looked messy and there were numerous tables not cleared and used paper napkins on the floor.nWe didn't use the tomato sauce because as can be seen in the photos, the top was filthy and covered in crud. One could only guess what's fallen in the hole.nDespite this, have given 2 stars because the waitress looking after us was wonderful and my meal was okay.
Place was recommended by my brother in-law. So we gave it a try.nnI'm only rating this on my food that I had ordered but we went as a big group 7+ people.nnI ordered the Ruby's Big Breakfast & An Iced Coffee.nn1 My toast was stale, so I just left it there.nn2 The waiters didn't wanna serve us, they were arguing about who would serve our table.nn3 Found Hair in my food. It wasn't even me that found it it was my brother.nnOverall horrible experience. Hope they improve as money spent there wasn't worth.
