I recently visited this coffee shop, and it was an okay experience overall. The coffee itself was decent, but it wouldn't be my first choice if I was looking for a quick takeaway. I felt a little awkward while waiting for my order. There were quite a few people seated in the tables very near the counter. which made it a bit challenging to navigate and stand comfortably. I imagine it can get very busy at peak times, which might explain the seating situation. Is a large cafe and open layout but felt very cluttered around the counter, the take away customers probably aren't priority. Despite this, the staff were cheerful and friendly.
Very popular cafe that presents its food and service well. Staff are efficient and the dishes we tried were great portions, hot and tasty. We got good seats and managed to get in and out in a timely fashion.
Absolutely loved my experience at Peppermill Café! The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. Every dish was full of flavour and made with care. The service was equally impressive — warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear the staff take pride in what they do. A perfect spot for a relaxed meal with great vibes. Highly recommend and definitely coming back!
I visited this café for breakfast and ordered scrambled eggs on toast. The food itself was decent, eggs were cooked fine and the bread was fresh, but unfortunately, the overall experience left a bit to be desired. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order despite the café not appearing particularly busy, and it was a bit disheartening to see the kitchen staff chatting while customers were waiting.nnAs someone who has worked in kitchens before, I fully understand the pressures of prep and service, but there seemed to be a lack of urgency or attention to detail here. The presentation was quite basic, no garnish or finishing touches that might have elevated the dish or shown some care.nnA bit more attention to timing and presentation would have made a big difference. Room for improvement.
We came in for the WOAP Burger, the chicken was so succulent and packed full of flavor, the onion baji chips were great, solid 8/10. Unfortunately we had to wait over 40minutes but it was worth the wait.
