My whole family enrolled this clinic for more than five years. Very friendly and caring staff in this clinic, Cared for my every need and took such good care of my family, especially for my four kids, nurse given all my kids immunizations and Before school check, all of my kids love her, she is very kind, experienced and friendly nurse. no single issues with her in last five years. high recommended and trusted clinic, lovely doctors and nurse. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!!!
The doctors, nurse and reception staff are always friendly and helpful. All the doctors are especially good with children. I have always felt well informed and happy with any treatment or advice. The nurse is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable!
I have received care from 2 different doctors here and both were extremely professional and thorough with a caring disposition. I have always managed to get an appointment within 24hrs of calling. The only disappointment has been the care received by the nurse, who with each time I saw her, did not demonstrate any of the above qualities sadly. I found her rude and dismissive of any enquiries or questions. It has left me considering looking elsewhere for care.
My partner and me both registered here . The doctor and the nurse are always very nice . The nurse Janice is professional ,knowledgeable and helpful. She can give us professional advice. It is a good clinic to trust .
Awsm clinic, great experience, staff is brilliant, my son has asthma who often requires appointments and checkups , I felt supported and assured. Nurse Janice is efficient and hard working. I would like to say thanks to the Rototuna family clinic health team.
I had great experiences with the doctors. The problem was with the NURSE, she already had so many complaints on google and I don't know why they persist to keep her. She is not professional at all, she got the wrong date for my depo injections three times putting me at risk to get pregnant, she doesn't know even use the needle always applying it in places that hurt the most. I am moving to a different medical centre because of her, and it should be taken into consideration. The place is losing so many clients because of her in the past 2 years, and they are not doing anything about it. I feel sorry because of the doctors, they are great.
I have been registered with rototuna family health for some years now and I found out that it is the best place for me and my family which I will recommend for everyone even though it's too far away for me as I live in Glenview but it's worth it, especially nurse Janice she is very helpful she always makes sure that you're up to date with the vaccinations and you get the best service. Lovely stuff keep up the hard work. Thank you
All the admin staff are awesome.. the doctors are excellent & go beyond.. Janice nurse is the best, she's very thorough & always a delight to chat with.. shes an asset to the practice.. Keep up the great work

A very family orientated medical centre who have been there for my family. Dr’s have been great, nurse Janice has been great and so have the receptionists. Very efficient, and when testing and trying times have come along, they have been nothing but amazing. Thank you team and keep doing what you are all doing!
