Amazing service today! Took my son in and the staff were all superb. Friendly, compassionate and so caring. The doctor wasted no time in seeing us and we were not there long at all. The staff in the pharmacy were also wonderful. Highly recommend to all!
Our main observation of our Tui experience is they make a fantastic team. I turned up at Tui as an emergency walk-in patient who was not registered at the centre, and despite that and it being at a busy period for them, I was seen very quickly. I was reassured by how thorough and competent the service was by all the health professionals we saw, and we saw quite a few. And all were friendly, patient and thoughtful, which cannot be over-emphasised when you are in a stressful situation. We left with complete confidence in how we had been treated, and the follow-up and referral to hospital really did highlight the "care" component of health care.
Moved our family GP to here 2 months ago via friend's recommendation. Great services and doctors and nurses are very friendly and responsive. And 24 hours services gives us a lot more flexibility as we both are busy during the day. Thump up!
Very long wait, lady on the line never mentioned anything about how long the wait would be let alone give me the chance to ask her. Been waiting for a Covid test to be done 1hr 30min later I do my own as they had not contacted me to let me know when they were coming out to do the test nor let me know when my appointment is up considering they had called via phone and in person stating they’d let me know when I am allowed to come inside. 2hrs later…no contact and am still sitting in the car waiting.
Staff at all of the branches are amazing. Wait times can be a bit high at times especially if new patients enroll. However love the option for all the specialist clinics and their staff have great knowledge and skills
Service provider was fast and efficient. As I'm not a patient of Tui medical was really surprised and disappointed at the charge. $120.00 was quite steep. Can see why people don't go to Dr with such high charges
Reception was friendly and informative. Filled out my details and ACC on a screen. Didn't wait around long at all. 5 minutes before being seen. Nurse was so nice and helpful with my concussion and Doctor provided great care. Very efficient, left releaved and feeling a lot better
I got a bee sting just above my eyebrow and immediately had an allergic reaction. On arrival at Tui Te Rapa I was taken straight away and seen by a doctor, even though the waiting room was full. All the staff were very attentive, absolutely excellent, very professional and so kind. The doctor who saw me recommended how to manage any allergic reactions in the future. I was made to feel totally reassured that I was being given the best help possible. Thank you all.
Great Medical Centre..Friendly Admin staff, Doctors, Nurses, well organized and everything you need is within the complex. If you need to have blood tests they have a laboratory there so you can have them done immediately. Need a prescription filled, they also have chemist plus emergency dental service. Highly recommend there services.
Very new client at Tui Med centre the f Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The doctor took extra time to check he covered all my history and present situation as well I have full confidence in this practice.
