Clean and tidy. The decking area is amazing! Lovely look out to the waterfall. Close to Paihia. Pet friendly.

Fantastic venue, accommodation and amenities. Room was very tidy, comfortable bed, air-conditioned, mini fridge, clean bathroom, amazing shower. Kitchen use, indoor and outdoor decking with great views

2-bedroom room was just just amazing and it was close to water falls which was even better. Morning birds chirping was soo peaceful. Facilities needs updating as soon as possible.

Very thin walls. Can hear neighbour's easily. Our jug wouldn't even boil. Felt a bit basic for the price and does not reflect the advertised pictures.

very peaceful place n not far from city, view was gud...room, kitchen,hall and laundry area was clean n tidy....

Bit run down but the rooms were clean. Very close to a nice waterfall and a short drive to Paihia

You get what you pay for. Clean and tidy. Only wanted a bed for 2 nights

Good to stay at. Everything is worth the price!
