Appledore Lodge is one of the hidden Gems of Paihia if not the Bay of Islands.This is our 2nd stay at the Lodge.Great Hosts ,Great Accomodation .Great Food..Couldnt wish for a nicer place to stay.Would highly recommend Mike and Glenda Tairua NZ}
It's just lovely here. You get a warm welcome and feel right at home in a comfortable room. Breakfast is awesome! Enjoy
Great owners, really helpful with local information. About 6km from the town centre. Quiet and peaceful with Riverside views from all the rooms.
We enjoyed our bed & breakfast stay. 4wd would make the trip up to the house ALOT easier lol. Google maps wasn't 100% accurate. We had to ring for directions lol. P.s try their jam!
It was pretty good, the room was really nice
