Just 100 m from Paihia Beach, this motel offers self-contained accommodation with access to a shared patio, a garden with outdoor seating and free Wi-Fi. Most rooms have sea views, and BBQ facilities are available upon request.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. My partner and I just recently stayed here and I have to say it was the worst experience I had so far at staying in a motel. When we first arrived a lovely lady welcomed us and showed us to our rooms and hearts dropped. I understand that for the price of $100 we were going to get the basics of a room but we were not expecting mold to be everywhere and things to be on the verge of disrepair. The walls are so thin that it feels like you’re sharing a room. I wanted to make a complaint saying the room is not up to code and change places, but my partner did not want to make a fuss. Furthermore the service by the older gentleman was pure disrespectful. I would never recommend here to anyone, and would never stay here again. The woman that served us was lovely and the cleaners were really nice.
A straightforward motel conveniently located near the harbor. The owner is friendly and accommodating. Although the rooms appear basic, they are equipped with essential amenities such as a cooktop, kettle, and microwave. We booked two separate rooms which comfortably accommodated five adults.Rooms: 4/5
Overall, this accommodation just ok, but I must say that for people who are very sensitive to sound, this place is simply hell!!! Because there are all kinds of noises on the roof, as if someone threw a stone from outside, which really affects sleep!!! This noise was heard all night long!! In the end, I had to choose to go back to my car to sleep!!
Enjoy the time stay here , even only 2 nights this place still impress me! Location was convenient and price is ok , as a student this motel even better than my apartment there’s sofa tv almost every thing, facilities are little bit old but is ok , walls made by wood so you might hear some cracking sound, Wi-Fi unstable. Manager Paul is very kindly answer all my questions and taught me how to lock the door . All in all highly recommend this place if you are alone or you have car with your family :D Walkability: Convenient

My issue with this place is the wrong description for sea view, and there is not a sea view from any room. It's just a small hole view between the buildings. But his location is nice.Rooms: 2/5
Absolutely perfect! Perfect guest service on arrival. Just arrived to our apartment and decided straight away to book for another night. Kitchen full of staff, clean bathroom, comfortable and clean bed.Rooms: 5/5
Big size of studio that I was stay, and it look the room was newly refurbished. But it has lack of ventilaton. Otherwise, it is all okay for me.Rooms: 4/5
Unfortunately very run down, needs a lot of TLC. Rooms have no air conditioning and very little air flow. Hot water cylinder cupboard not sealed which also contributed to very hot room. Mould in shower and water pressure was terrible, to the point that you could not stand underneath to wash. Noteworthy details: Within walking distance to town centre
