Good place for sport, good pitch not to hot or cold

Brand new turf but overzealous rules as to the footwear allowed on the pitch. In my coaching role I wear sports shoes designed for turf, no problems in any of tge turf pitches in Chch.nThe same shoes, apparently are not allowed to be worn on this turf!! Also keep off the grass signs everywhere, in summary a fairly unfriendly place which I have no intention of revisiting.

Not a lot of parking during busy times. Toilets available in club rooms when open. Quite boggy around fields after rain so drainage is not great. Fields fit for purpose.

No seating except grassy hill around grounds or the club rooms but a very beautiful park scenic-wise. As an Away supporter I had the unfortunate issue of encountering a Home supporter who took it upon himself to really ruin my time at the game. It only takes one drunken sexist man to kill the vibes so don't be that guy.nBut seriously, grounds seemed dry and tough despite heavy rain past 48 hours, and the lack of seating sucked. Wouldn't recommend parking in carpark as it is very tight to navigate when full.

I like it very much, it provides a large enough place for everyone. In addition to exercising, it is also a good place for family group activities.
