Really good facilities in a lovely setting. Hopefully the owner just had a bad day and will treat future customers with a little more respect. We thoroughly enjoyed everything that was available and appreciated the effort to accommodate us with incorrect hot tub bookings would certainly not expect any less from a highly regarded facility…. The wine tasting was great, hence we bought some wine to take home with us. I agree with the response for the most part, with one tiny bit of detail missing. Pardon me for mistakenly assuming that the outdoor BBQ was for communal use when it is located right next to where my RV was parked. However, nothing will ever earn you the right to continue talking down to a customer in a disrespectful tone after twice apologising for my mistake. Rather than being embarrassed, this just leaves a foul taste… Seems like a bit of a trend developing if I read some of the other reviews for the estate…nEnough said… wishing you all success… Will be raising a toast to you when enjoying some of your wine back home. Had the Twin Bath House package for 90mins.nIt was absolutely lovely. Very private and relaxing, under cover of the stables shed from the sun over looking the vines and the snow capped Pisa Ranges. One super large bath tub each, bottle of wine and snacks to share. Would recommend to all. What a lovely well thought out place

It was absolutely amazing. Just went with my sister and had such a good time. The outdoor tubs temperature was perfect and the whole experience was so relaxing. My family's going through a tough time so it was so good to simply relax for once. Idk what the negative reviews are on about? They were very specific and clear about where to go when you arrive and what to do when you're done with your service. The wine was nice, the gossip was great, and I loved the extra small services they had as well such as the cold shower above the tub. The cheese and crackers were a bit iffy but still delicious neither my sister or I like ham haha. I loved the whole experience and I would highly recommend the outdoor tub to anyone interested in these hot pools. So so so relaxing. The lady at front desk was so nice from start to finish. Gave us a nice 5 minute reminder near the end of our service and had a really fun vibe!nThe big building in the middle of the road when you first enter is the main building for anyone who doesn't know

Absolutely wonderful hot tub experience. Wine and nibbles while soaking away your cares is a must do! We were lucky enough to have a view of snow capped mountains to boot!
