Jackson Orchards

Came to this fruit and ice cream shop based on a friend’s recommendation. We tried the strawberry and mango flavours — both tasted quite nice. However, it seemed like almost half of the ice cream was a different flavour, maybe leftover from the previous order in the machine. Still, the flavour was good and refreshing. It would be even better if they used fresh fruit instead of frozen ones.

Cannot recommend this place enough! The best real fruit ice cream! Lucky enough to stop here twice. I had the Blueberry and strawberry with a cream base. And mum had the apricot and mango. Great selection of fruits as well.

They had a bin of discounted veges nearing their shelf life which was great to see, avoiding wastage. The real fruit Ice creams were also a reasonable price. Very good too!! We walked along the roadside and got some photos of the orchard and if you are interested in the tour try the Book Me NZ site as they had deals available to make it cheaper.

Delicious fruit yogurt ice creams! Made to order with lots of flavours available. Huge range of fruits, cheese, chocolate, nougat, spreads, snacks and so much more to choose from. Very glad we visited.

Apricots and peaches were good, as well as the real fruit frozen yogurt. Be careful of what was the last flavor served in the machine as you will have a residue I ordered cherry and finished with banana from the previous order.
