Good collection, price is a bit high even after discount
I purchased 2 pairs of boots, not cheap but not over the top expensive either. When I asked to use my $5 reward apparently I was 1 day late. I then asked about my 25% off coupon that I had received by email, I was told that too had expired. I asked if it was possible to make an exception on the 1 day late and was told NO. I work for a large corporate chain myself so I understand “rules”, but we ALWAYS make an exception for customers.

I was in the store looking for wide width shoes. Not in store , only on line.
Great shoe selection. Employees are energetic and know the layout of the store pretty well. I'm glad they are fellow shoe lovers, it feels good not to be judged for the variety of shoes I try on and ultimately buy
Tried to have a pair of shoes ordered at the front and it was the worst mistake of my life. A lady told me shipping was 2-4 days and after I ordered the shoes I was told it's 4-7 days and faster costs extra. After going back home and finding out through the order confirmation email that the shoe color ordered was WRONG, I could not even call the store to correct the issue! The voice answering machine was on a constant loop so I was unable to talk to a real person! Calling the number on the website to change the order took longer than going online myself with the holds I was put on. I gave up after trying to enter card/address information multiple times. kept trying to correct my address to NOT include an apartment #!
Although they have a great selection of shoes the customer service here was HORRIBLE. Several patrons around and beside me were asked if they needed assistance, but not once did anyone ask/approach me. They acted as if I didn't exist. I thought it may have been just a coincidence, so I lingered in the store to see. Well, it wasn't a coincidence. I have voiced my concerns about this store in the survey sent to me to make management aware. I've visited many DSW stores and this visit by far was the worst I've ever had.
Employee with the long braids followed me around staring at me then pushed past me twice when there were other ways around me. There are better shoe shops and I'll be avoiding this one from now on.
Best places for shoes they are amazing... the managers are wonderful thank you
