I cannot say enough about this place—especially the magic of Janus. He somehow translated exactly what I was looking for a sun-kissed balayage look with a fresh-feeling cut into a reality. He took his time with me to make sure that not only the end result was dreamy, but that my experience there was 5 star. He gave me hair care and style tips which I’ve never gotten at any other salon. The cost was very reasonable… the scalp massage alone was worth it!! My hair has never felt so luxurious. I’m just so relieved to know I have finally found someone I can trust with my hair!

My first time at this salon and i had Alesha P as my stylist. From the start until the end she was amazing, she gave me feedback on my inspired haircuts and we discussed in length, she went through all the options thoroughly with me and made sure i was 100% sure of my choices in colours. I was unsure whether to shave the underneath so we dried it and then evaluated it. Each step of the process she checked in with me and thoroughly explained it. Best of all she showed me how to texture it, dry it and how to give it something extra for a night out. Best service and i have definitely rebooked.Services: Hairstyling

I had a long awaited appointment booked at Vivo Richmond on the 19th Nov and I must say it was very disappointing. I have been once before and it was a very nice experience, but the Lady isn't working there anymore. I don't think that I ever felt less valued as a customer before. The hairdresser was rushed, therefor I felt rushed, because she was running late and my whole experience was unpleasant. She was very uninterested in me or my hair and now that I have washed my hair at home it is not what I wanted and doesn't look good. Will never go back there and can not recommend.Services: Hairstyling

I moved to NZ from USA 5 years ago, and finding the right hair stylist for me has been a journey. I have had good stylist, but Vito Hair has been the best of all for me. The whole vibe was positive, friendly, and professional. I noticed the diversity the stylists offered.... extensions, fabulous hair colours, and trendy hairstyles. I was there awhile, so I saw many customers come and go....each transformed by their stylist with noticeable beauty as they left......including me! Alesha took what I thought I WANTED, and added her professional experience and gave me not only what I wanted, but stepped it up to a level of hair colour and hair style that I NEEDED! Her vision for my hair was perfection. She knew my hair and all its flaws better than I did, and made my hair flawless. The perfect contrast of colour, layered cut, and now even I can style it almost as great as she did with simple ease. Let’s face it ladies, if our hair is easy to style and looks amazing? ........that rates up there with hitting a mega lotto, right?! I highly recommend Vivo Hair, especially if you want your hair to stand out in the crowd, need a trendy change, and/or just want to have a stylist you can trust.
