A really nice store. The sales lady upstairs was super helpful and even checked her computer for a product in a totally different store.

Place is so peaceful and it has a variety of choices, prices are normal, attendance is up to the top. Quality service

Good for all your homeware needs, seems to stock a lot more than the Nelson store so worth visiting

I love this shop. Always well stocked and the staff are nice but a bit over-run. I hope they don't keep staff numbers down. Stressed staff does not make for good relaxed shoppping

Wonderful, bright department store and we have it in Richmond! One of the better Farmers stores in the south Island, a beautiful shopping experience.
