Ballentynes Fashion Central

I have been a customer of Ballentynes Fashion Central Richmond for 20+ years. The selection of clothing is at an affordable price, and displayed in colour-ways, which makes styling easy. The range of clothing is suitable for any age, as my mother-in-law shops there too! I have found all the staff, particularly Manager "Honour" to be considerate and honest when selecting clothing for myself. They are very accommodating when my size in not in stock, and can source the correct size within days. I have no hesitation in recommending Fashion Central Richmond to family and friends, and give them an A+++ for service.

Love love love shopping at Richmond store great selection of clothes and good quality just purchased 2 dresses and jacket can’t wait to wear awesome ladies that work there nothing problem for them if not you size they happily order for you always new stock and caters for mixed age range it’s a shop I enjoy going to much to shop and see the girls

Staff member not very happy,must be covid .I asked a question about paypal,which she didn't know the answer to, if you have these systems in place you should know how they operate.

Great brands .. staff helpful from counter space only ? Well presented shop . Customers needing help on floor and fitting rooms . Music too loud.
