Shane and T were hilarious, what a great duo - funny as but also serious when required and we all felt very safe and understood everything we were instructed to do.  Great experience, well worth it and helped me hugely in working toward conquering my fear of suspension bridges!  The zip lines were awesome, wished they were longer! The Redwoods altitude experience is a great family adventure, with professional, friendly guides taking your safety as paramount. You even forget after a while that you are 25m up off the ground. Good for children to broaden their outdoor experiences in a safe environment. Allow 2 hours for the trip.

Awesome way to confront your fears with the knowledgeable, fun team - we had Nicole leading, Nick Michael and Jordan assisting and they were all top notch - fun, but ensuring safety - encouraging us all to try every element.  The walk itself is a work or aerial art, multiple bridges, multiple types, multiple zip lines and “the jump”.  Can’t recommend strongly enough.

My wife took me as an anniversary gift and, oh boy, what a gift it was! Easily the best experience I've had all year. It's beautiful, fun, interesting and cinematic beyond belief. Shane and T were absolutely brilliant! Shane presents information in a charming and interesting way that everyone, even young kids, would enjoy.

Such a great experience. Shane and Elena made sure we were all safe and secure. Both were very knowledgeable about the surrounding forest. It was amazing to see the forest from above . Lost my watch during the activity but thanks to the directions given by Elena we back tracked when we were on Terra firma and found it!!. So worth doing this activity loved it

What an extraordinary adventure!! It started with a fun safety briefing whilst getting our harnesses fitted and then up the entry spiral staircase we went. I was nervous of the idea of being up at 25m above the ground, but once on top I was surprised at how calm I felt. All I can say is to trust the guides and safety equipment and you will have an absolute blast!  We crossed 25 different bridges and platforms with spectacular views of the Redwoods forest. In between we found 3 zip lines and had so much fun flying across to the next platform. Our guides were very professional, but at the same time friendly, stopping every now and then to tell us more about the plants, trees and animals found in the area.  We were very sad when reaching the exit spiral staircase as we wanted the adventure to continue. The 2 hours that past felt more like half an hour. All I can say is thank you for an amazing adventure that we will never forget. I will highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a fun time with friends and family out in nature.

I cannot recommend this experience enough. I have never done anything like this. It was exciting and scary too, but I felt safe through out thanks to the care shown by the crew, who I will get to in a minute.  It is a marvel how they have setup the Altitude circuit 30m off the ground in these tall redwoods trees. It was very interesting to experience the forest from this vantage point. The different types of rope and cable bridges and ziplines were a lot of fun to traverse.  Perhaps the most important aspect was the crew who accompanied us - Shane and Nick. They made us feel at ease, explained everything patiently, and were very friendly and had great people skills. They made it a point to get to know everyone in the group of about 9 peope I think on a first name basis, made conversation with everyone and engaged everyone, wihtout exception throughout.  Shane and Nick were very helpful when I lost my camera due to my own inattentiveness, which I had magnetically attached to my shirt the camera was Insta 360 Go 2. They guided me in my search for it on the forest floor, assured me that they would look for it too and tell other staff at Redwoods to do the same. They took my details and I offered a $200 reward to whoever found and returned it. The camera was later found, and the staff at Redwoods sent it to me in Auckland by post. Not only did the staff refuse the reward, but refused to take the cost of sending the camera to me as well. Just great wholesome people overall.  10/10 would recommend. Shout out to Shane and Nick and the staff at Redwoods! Thank you!
