Great cafe! We had the big breakfast and the cheese scone.nEverything was super tasty and I would like to give a kudos to the scrambled eggs! It's rare to get such a nice texture and flavour.
Outstanding little spot in downtown Clyde, great organic food and just simply a fabulous place to sit and smell the roses as life goes by.nnHIGHLY RECOMMENDEDnnnSince my last review a year ago Recharge has moved next door into a bigger property and now has loads of space a kids play area, and beautiful artwork on the wall including a huge mural of Clyde main street.nnSTILL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.n
Enjoyed our scones. Coffee was terrible just like every other cafe in central Otago and Queenstown lakes. I have no idea why no one can make a coffee down here.
The board outside advertised hot soup with ciabatta bread! The soup was hot, chicken soup still had powder residue in it and no sign or taste of chicken. The broccoli soup may as well have been baby food - bland and tasteless. The toast was supermarket bought sliced molenburg toast bread, no ciabatta in sight. Lacked atmosphere on a cold day. False advertising is not acceptable.
Food is great, the best cheese rolls ever!!! The staff are friendly , the service exceptional and the atmosphere is lovely
