Ranui Medical Centre

I have found all the male doctors here are excellent past 5 years and current - great people and very approachable doctors. Reception is good when they can book you same day, in the morning. Otherwise very hard to get a same day or next day appointment when you are sick. In the past I had an unpleasant experience with a female doctor who is no longer there - hard to get anything I needed done with her.

How unfortunate that you wait 1 week for an appointment and the receptionist is standing there talking to you for the last 5 minutes and ends up saying it’s too late the doctor has another appointment gggrrrr, the doctor wouldn’t even allow me to see him for at least 5 minutes, this is really unprofessional for a medical centre. And now I have to wait another week for an appointment.

Been going to Ranui Medical Centre now for more than 25 years and if I'm still alive next 25 or so years will still be going to them. All staff from doctors to nurses and receptionists are exceptionally wonderful, caring, professional, friendly and family orientated. Thank you RMC for providing us great healthcare service throughout.

Excellent service at Reception from Ephie Freeman and Dr Manoj Mohite who is a very professional GP. The nurse was also very efficient .The Staff are working under stress due to shortages of manpower etc but doing the best they can. Keep up the good work !!!

These guys are stressed and overworked but I always get great service and leave knowing that my concerns have been taken care of. Dr Saad Amso is superb

Long waiting times by phone up to an hour on some days just to get an appt which doesn’t help if you are calling during break at work When Short staffed they cancel appts and you can wait up to a week to be rebooked another, misinformed most of the time but reception and nurse were polite on the day we visited but that’s where it stops the doctors there, one had to google to diagnose and the other young dr there was Apathetic when needing a referral sent through although it was explained this was affecting the persons mental health we ended up walking out of there disappointed we will be requesting to change clinics to more empathetic qualified experienced doctors which we have found elsewhere who hold these attributes as there’s a lack of knowledge and skills in this area and pointless paying for a service you obviously don’t get there, hope you take these reviews seriously and improve!

The service at the centre has improved considerably in the past 6 months. The wait times are reasonable, staff at reception are helpful and the doctors are professional and provide good treatment.

After quite a wait due to the number of people in the queue the lab tech was quick and patient with me - quick clean and efficient service.

I used to go to another clinic where the waiting time go to hours, but I never had this experience with Ranui clinic. receptionist staff are nice and the Dr was brilliant. So satisfied with my two visits.

Called these people twice to book an appointment. The customer service team doesn’t listen at all. I asked them to transfer me to Ranui medical centre. The guy on the call did and no one answered and the call got disconnected. Called them for the second time and I tried explain the lady but she advised that have patience as they are really busy. Dude I am having patience that’s why I was on in a que for an hour. Second time after transferring the call the call got disconnected again. What do you want me to do call you guys again?
