Horrible room. Bugs everywhere even dead ones in the bed. When I open the fridge it leaves a horrible smell in the room. The shower nearly fell apart on me an it took me an hour to put the blinds down cause they are so old an broken. They definitely don't clean properly. So much hair an dirt in the bathroom. Do not recommend the photos do not look like the rooms. Get better cleaning stuff cause my gosh i paid 250 for this room. Yuck.
Wish we had known this place was for sale as its clear the current owners do not care, explains why the place was not clean and tidy - the shower had bugs/dirt on the base. Chose these facilities because there were cooking facilities - but due to a lack of utensils/no oven tray, and the oven being unclean still baking paper since the last person cooked therefore the food we bought ended up wasted. Only advantage was the quiet, however the beds were not comfortable.
Rooms was great, spacious. Just the odour I'm when you enter. Need TLC. Renovation but a beautiful villa.nService was awesome!nLocation was beautiful. I imaged ut was a Resort but a Villa.nnThank you Sarah.
As soon as we drove into complex I questioned if we were in the right place as it looked nothing like the picture and tricked you a lot with the false advertising. The layout of all the studios were very confusing and could easily get you lost,the staff wasnt very welcoming and I experienced broken lights,unusable power plugs, yucky water,and bugs on the wall although the bed was very comfortable and the room was affordable I wouldnt recommend
The villa is old, showing its age, and in need of redecorating. The studio room is small and compact. A bed, 2 chairs, and nowhere to eat. This does not recommend a 5-star. I felt fooled by this star rating.nCommunication was extremely poor; we tried numerous times to contact the resort to inform them of our arrival times, but were unable to get in touch. I had already committed to the booking b4 learning that the reception closed at 6pm. The rating of 5 stars was the only reason I chose this place. The word resort meant that it was a highly luxurious place. When we saw the villa, it looked outdated, set around a grass-mowed paddock.
