Jacquie the lady who served us at reception is super friendly and helpful, it is so nice to add onto our Oamaru experience. The hotel itself is simply stunning, and fits in the overall atmosphere of oamaru. We had a great stay at here and highly recommend it if you are going to visit Oamaru.
This place is absolutely unbelievable. We are Australians travelling through New Zealand, we have done extensive world travel. This hotel is definitely in our top 5. The warmest welcome, a special occasion gift in our room and the most unique, high end eclectic stuff everywhere. Trinity was the highlight of our stay, her warmth and willingness to help should make Poshtel very proud. We will be back and I will be writing about Poshtel in my travel blog.
I don't know how people give it 4 star mattress aren't even damn flat like sleep on the freaking triangle all nights horrible experience. I won't even complain about the light or nosie just give me a damn flat mattress . And shower hot water pressure is lower than a garden hose sink hot water pressure is gonna blow u up. Also, breakfast is not as good as thought cafe across street have better food than this.
I loved this place so much. It’s quite possibly my favourite of all the places I’ve ever stayed in. It’s homely and comfortable and aesthetically very cool. So many thoughtful little things were incorporated to make for an awesome stay.
Such a cool, creative, inviting hotel. Exceptional art and collectibles throughout the hotel. Very eclectic and wonderfully presented. Could not help but smile in each area of the hotel including our golf themed room. Great beds, very clean, plenty of space, excellent staff.
