One of a kind in a good way accommodation. Quirky, clean and well priced. Doesn’t pretend to be something it’s not. Rooms and the whole place are interesting. Continental Breakfast is plain but quite adequate. Good position. Very easy walk to cafes, hotels, and restaurants. Homely and genuinely friendly staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. All in all, a must do if you are touring the south.
This is an incredible hotel. Completely unique in every way. Stayed here for a night but could have stayed much longer.nnOne of the best beds ever. The room was beautifully designed. Breakfast is a continental buffet, but includes bagels, avocado, fresh pesto amongst lots of other delights.nnThe shared living areas are fascinating, you won’t want to leave. All the staff were extremely helpful and deserve a 5review.
The rooms/service/location are excellent. We have stopped for 2 night stay on a long overdue South Island road trip, and can't recommend the Hotel more highly, the front of house staff are incredibly helpful.
Fantastic hotel. So well located. Absolutely spotlessly clean.nThe breakfast was super generous and included fresh fruit and avocados and tomatoes. Definitely better than the Continental breakfast we expected. Cute styling. Very friendly staff!
We absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful rooms and location. Beautifully renovated with themes and character but also modern, warm, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was also extremely good and well catered. Will definitely stay again
