Brydone Hotel Oamaru

We ate breakfast here, we didn't stay. Had the continental breakfast which was 2 slices of white toast with butter and jam, a small pot of fruit, yoghurt, and a good portion of cereal. Very filling and the granola was tasty. Good coffee. We wished they would turn the music off as it's nice to have breakfast in peace. The toilets need renovating, and watch out if they're doing lift repairs- you might step through a doorway and into a hole!

Would like to leave a completely positive review for the Christmas evening buffet 2024. We were there with elderly parents and cannot say enough good things about it. The food was amazing, the service was exemplary and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this for future Christmas evening meals. Thank You

The room was large and very clean. Comfy.nThe decor was very dated though.nA lovely newish bathroom.

Gorgeous rooms and catering. Have now had 2 different events there and the food is amazing and the staff are so friendly. Definitely recommend if you have any up coming events

We had an absolutely beautiful meal there. I had the roast which came out with plenty of lamb and gravy. Plus seven different vegetables. Also had mint sauce. Husband had the fish which he also enjoyed.nStaff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
