We stayed a couple of nights with the motorhome and found all the sites to be very neat and tidy, the sites are level, the grass is green and cut and the sites have their own dump next to it which was nice.nnThe kitchen is well equipped, good working over as well.nnWalking distance from a shop/cafe/restaurant.nnNice place to stay
Nice Place, not so far to go to penguin view in the late evening. Clean kitchen with a lot of cooking utilities and clean bathrooms every day, hot showers included without fee, laundry with 4 washing machines 3-4 $ and 2 dryers 4$ available. Some tables in and outside the kitchen available. A lot of space at the unpowered sites. We can recommend this camping area for penguin view and Dunedin visits.
Lovely, reasonably priced campground. Clean facilities, friendly owners, quiet location and close to walks, albatross colony and penguins. MuseumSunday pm cafe, pub, store and fish and chips short walk away. Wifi a bit dodgy, otherwise perfect.
This camp ground was an absolute highlight for me. Otago penninsula is fabulous, the drive in was stunning, and the surrounding area was amazing to explore. Very well maintained grounds, and accommodated many different travellers tent, van, campers. Bathrooms were in excellent condition and so clean. Kitchen was also excellent, clean, spacious, welcoming. I will be back, and highly recommend. Thanks!!
Very nice camping site. Stuff is helpful and facilities are clean and working good. The kitchen is the highlight! Good location for some wildlife experience and u dont need to book anything when u inform urself about hikes and spots
