Ordered a plain cheese and a Hawaiian. Received 2 tomato paste pizzas instead. No toppings at all. Have never had pizzas this bad from Pizza Hut before and won’t be ordering from this store again. Sending this out to paying customers is shocking. Seems to be consistent from previous reviews this store sends out poor quality food.
Fantastic service at Pizza Hut New Brighton! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we walked in. They were patient, helpful, and made sure everything was just right throughout our visit. The food was fresh, hot, and arrived quickly, but it was the excellent customer service that really stood out. It's clear the team works hard to create a positive experience for their customers. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Updated feedback: This was our first experience at the New Brighton branch, and we decided not to return after the quality of the replacement food two weeks later was still unsatisfactory. The food quality is poor compared to Pizza Hut Shirley and Pizza Hut Halswell stores.nn[Original feedback: Disappointed with the quality of pizzas received yesterday. We have had consistently good quality pizzas from Pizza Hut other branches previously so hopefully this is a one off experience. Pizza Hut have made the effort to reach out and they have expressed the pizzas pictured do not meet their usual quality expectations either. Manager is respectful, helpful and approachable with these sort of issues].nnPictured are the cheesy garlic and chicken pesto pizzas.
Last destination in the South Island, wanted pizza but saw dominos nearby had awful reviews. Gave this location a try and came back twice! Really good price for pizza, excellent store vibe and staff work ethic. Very cleanly and the store was busy but not in an overcrowded or anti social way. Very tasty next time we’re in NZ we’ll be sure to come back!
Have been this place have had a good experience. Ordered 9 pizza's and 4 sides, everything was good loaded with meat and cooked well. Yes, they were beyond my expecatation. On the other hand, staff was really positive with beautiful smile and made my order within time.nThanks to this pizza hut staff to be giving good hospitality.nI am happy to see you again next week with my kids
