This store has the best pizza simply for being so crunchy and crispy. The base, the edges. I recently visited Pizza Hut . The service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I tried their stuffed crust pizza, which was cheesy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The garlic bread on the side was a perfect complement. Overall, it was a delicious meal that I would highly recommend to anyone craving pizza!
Terrible customer service after 5 years of going to this store. Ordered a pizza and poppers to be delivered. They rung my phone which was on silent and charging In a different room when they where at my front door. I did not hear a knock and I was in my lounge which is attached to the front door. 20 min later I check phone and see a text saying I'm at your front door. Then I go check my doorstep and there's no pizza there. So I ring the number. They told me they are contractor and they took my pizza back to the shop because I didn't answer my phone. I then ring pizza hut and complain. They day sorry and will deliver the order. It comes 20 minutes later, basically stone cold and not enjoyable, I ring pizza hut again and complain. Then say their manager will call me tomorrow. They never called, so I ring back and lo story short is, that they offer me a $15 voucher for compensation for my cold food and it being a hour late. They stuck to the story it's their policy to not leave a pizza at the door without contact with the customer. The last 5 years I've ordered from this same shop, they always leave it on my doorstep without me clicking contact delivery, so I expect that worst case. But I was 6 meters from my front door and heard no knock at all. I have been a some what regualr customer for the past 5 years, but this experience put me off this store for good
I extremely good service, Nabin cooked me a delicious and perfectly made feed in less than 10minutes. Store was clean and staff friendly
