Received awful customer service tonight!nWe ordered 3 pizzas online including delivery.nOrder arrived on time, however shortly after noticed that we received one pizza in the wrong flavour. So we call up the Ferrymead branch to ask about getting our originally ordered flavour.nCustomer service on the phone assured us they were going to make a fresh one and deliver it to us within 30min.nAfter 40 mins we call again, have a lady on the phone who barely speaks English, however my husband explains the situation, she then speaks to a colleague in a different language and asks him if we couldn’t just keep the wrong flavoured one we received, he replies and insisted we would like the originally ordered flavour please. She asks him to call again later….my husband getting slightly angry at this point and after some more debating he decides to collect all the pizzas we received with parts of them eaten at this stage and drive down to the Ferrymead branch himself. There he explains the situation but only meets agitated and rude staff trying to take away all of the order until finally agreeing to remake the originally ordered flavour. During these conversations the staff spoke to each other in their mother tongue which was not English and my husband couldn’t understand but he felt being made fun of and him being the one in the wrong as he just received very bad and rude behaviour from the staff serving him.nHe finally left with the entire order including the originally ordered flavour and the wrong one we received, which they said we could keep. It was solved in the end, however the way of getting there and making us as customers feel like we are in the wrong for wanting the correct pizza when they simply have stuffed up the order, is absolutely disgusting and simply rude as!nNo more Pizzahut for us! Domino’s all the way!!!!
Two extra large pizzas, one with extra pepperoni for $27.nNice flavors, right amount of ingredients, was still hot when i got home.nIm sure the base is getting thicker every time i come back and the amount of oil sitting on top and soaked into the box is getting a bit much tho.nI added an old photo of my last pizza from the cheap menu, it was pretty pathetic amd dry.
Pizzas have been great here everytime i have ordered but i have ordered the Catering Option and i was short of a couple pizzas. I made an order in advance so plenty of time to get the order right but i had to wait for them to cook me another Pizza which had me running late to the Event where i needed to get the pizzas to. Wont order the catering option thru them again.nn16/05/26 Ordered pizzas round after 6pm-ish for delivery and was waiting for over an hour so drove down, not happy and OMG the shop was packed with people, Doordashers etc waiting ages on their pizzas. It's not good enough. I was observing the kitchen & their was no flow, no direction. Absolutely no idea‍I would not recommend to order Pizzas on a Saturday night round dinner time. You'll be waiting for.naaaages!
Came here been a regular for years .....but next time I ask for and pay for extra toppings I would appreciate they were put on highly disappointed
It's a pizza place that does good pizza but has excellent staff. We were in from out of town and I usually hate going to Christchurch but these guys made us want to stay for a little while longer
