The staff Priya was so awesome she greeted me as soon as I walked in. She confirmed twice that my order was complete . Love when I come here. They keep it so clean. Thanks for the great customer service!!! It was a great experience . The cashier was quick to give me my order and it was an overall good experience. I also liked my pepperoni pizza. The pizza was amazing. We always have to have a piece on the way home. It had lots of ingredients on it and a perfect thin crust. nFood is absolutely perfect! Pizza Hut still makes the best pizzas.
Updated 15/11:2025. Pizza Hut Halswell rang at 10pm on 14/11 offering to deliver pizza which we declined. Rang back the next day and offered to deliver pepperoni pizza which we have accepted, Ordered 4 pizzas & 4 sides on Saturday 14 November, Arrived quickly but one pizza was cheese only and should have been pepperoni. Phoned the 0800 number and was told a new pizza would be sent out within 20 minutes. It never arrived, will be going back to Hell Pizza from now on,
I ordered one regular pepperoni and it was the best pizza ive had, customer service was great, had a very friendly man who helped me order, service was perfect. Atmosphere was great. 100% recommend come here.
If I have to rate this store I would have rated zero star to halswell pizza hut poor customer service felt rushed over phone , I wanted to order vegetarian pizza and was not confident which is vegetarian pizza keeps on checking over phone what ingredients come in that pizza and staff stop me over phone and keep saying you don't need to repeat again I felt literally disgusting behavior if you are busy then stop taking phone order and close down store . Moreover I came to home and checked pizza was not vegetarian so went back to store to address issue . Manager /owner was so rude ,disrespectful and poor customer service and keep on saying I can't give you other pizza or cannot replace for free . Seriously common man it's store error which needs to be rectified and apologize customer for poor service experience. We are not eating or buying food for free , customer are one who gives you opportunity to earn. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this store will never recommend to anyone
