I had an emergency with my car today and the amazing team were able to get my car slotted in for a fix. Very accommodating, super friendly and excellent service. Will be going back for my next WOF and anything else car related. Highly recommend and trust Daniel and Justine.
Flawless costumer experience. Car was violently leaking coolant and dropped off car on a Sunday. Ran into one of the shop owners/employees and he was nice enough to take a look under the hood and take our keys to take a look at it when the shop opened back up Monday. Less than 24 hours later, problem solved coolant hose cracked and he walked me through some other repairs that he could do without any pressure at all. In total costed 70 NZ which was a very fair price and refilled coolant all the way. Definitely going to be returning here for future repairs.
Really nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff - but only giving two stars as after doing an oil and filter change - they under-filled my oil to where it only just registering on the dipstick I always check my oil before leaving, due to other inept or incompetent mechanics and lost a trailer connection, so I to wait an extra 45 minutes after they said it was done while they filled the oil up, and replaced the part they lost. The mechanic that topped back up my oil to where it should be also stained my carpet badly with oil, when doing so. Not a good experience, and if going there I would check your vehicle to ensure the work has been completed, before leaving.
The Team at Pit Stop Dunedin are absolutely the best, friendly and courteous. Have your vehicle taken care of with an A+ team of experts! My go to for all my car's needs! Brilliant work everyone!
Great quality, genuine and reasonable service. These guys have a high rating for a reason. Would happily go to them again and recommend to others.
