I rang to see about getting help with putting in a seat belt which I'd found was beyond me and the response I got really shocked me. The guy, Mike said he ' didn't want to have to mess around with something someone else has had a go at!' And some other negative stuff. I don't think he'd have spoken to me like that if I'd been a bloke. I understand where he was coming from but he didn't need to be so rude about it. And I've always thought mechanics were supposed to be problem solvers. I'm very unimpressed and my family won't be taking our cars there anymore.
Excelent service , Alex was super cool and easy to understand regarding what needed to be done to the car… they are honest and fair pricing too .nwould 100% come back again
Rang them to see if they still did Automotive LPG filling. Owner said they had just had their tank tested and the Automotive dispenser was all up and going fine. The only place in Dunedin to buy Auto LPG. The next place heading south is Caltex Milton, then Rockgas Gore

I chose this place based on their Google rating and they didn't disappoint.nI dropped my 4x4 in at 10am. Said I needed it back by midday. Rang them at 12pm, it was ready to be picked up.nDid exactly what was needed and gave me a heads up on a couple of things for a future WOF.nAll the staff were friendly and helpful and chatty, that's a real bonus for an Aucklander
