I got the gold service done, and recently, I had some troubles with my car on my way elsewhere. I was around this show and had to come as my steering was wobbly. The was who assisted me and was at the reception was telling me why it was wobbly instead of helping to sort out or offer to check it.nHe was clearingbmuvk8ng me aroundnI won't expect this kind of customer service specially I was a new customer got the gold service done smd was planning to only get my car done by them but now I am gonna have seriously think about it specially if someone in a need like this you won't do anything. It was quite bad this is why I ended up coming without booking hoping they would atleadt check but instead he was wasting in talking about irrelevant stuffs for that time.nUpdate- went to get my wobbly steering sorted and learned that my front wheels were not aligned and it was never raised to me or dealt with at AA, I am never getting any service done here again. I am a aa member and hv vehicle insurance with them and this is how they treat thier customers.
Never been a fan of trusting vehicles with others but these guys are honest, fair, great work and all my vehicles inc camper gets their wofs and work done.nThanks guys for keeping me running.
Being a female I feel these guys took complete advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars.nnThey found problems on a car I serviced every 3 months I'm OCD like that, where there were never ever problems before.nnI know this because I called my long time friend who was my mechanic and owns his own mechanic shop, and he confirmed my car was in pristine condition before I left the North Island to move here.nnI know in my heart of hearts this AA outfit wrecked my car then proceeded to quote thousands of dollars which I regretfully paid to fix the faults they caused.nnI really hate dishonest people and this bunch of cowboys have no shame in lying to you and ripping you off.nnFind a mechanic who has integrity and values honesty and never bring your car here. The less people who use them, the less people they can cheat out of hundreds and thousands of dollars.
I booked my Fuga in for a warrant of fitness at the AA & was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness & the time it took them. Unlike previous experiences at VTNZ. Well done AA & thank you for your service & the waiting area is great plus child friendly. Tim Pain.
Rude staff. Try to shame you for any upgrades you've had done to your car or any damages from accidents. Make out that the car is way worse than it is so you have to conveniently buy their gold service to fix the issues. Telling us it'd be around $600. We go down the road the same day and have any issues fixed for $220 at oil changers. The guy made fun of the paint on our car and tow bar calling us blind. So rude. Don't recommend.
