Amazing service from DJ Automotive. The cheapest around by far, and superb customer service. They communicated with us from start to finish and got our job done promptly and to a top notch standard. Would highly recommend to everyone!
The mechanics provided a quick assessment of my car's battery health and suggested replacing it. Seeking a second opinion at two other locations revealed no issues after multiple tests, which raised doubts about the initial diagnosis. Moreover, the receptionist appeared incompetent, displaying unprofessionalism and a dismissive attitude when communicating messages from the mechanics. Additionally, I was charged $45 for a quick diagnosis, whereas the other two places provided the service at no cost. While the mechanics themselves were courteous, I recommend seeking multiple opinions for clarity on any significant repairs before proceeding with their recommendations.
Super quick, professional and cheap service. Didn't try to rip us off and were super patient - also has a Wof testing station which is always a plus!
A big THANKS Thomas, Kate, Martin and all the team for your help! They solved problems on our van head gasket and more for the WOF when we were in a difficult time. This garage is very professional, reactive, understanding and honest. Thomas was patient and always trying to teaching us what was wrong and how to fix it. The people there are angels. The very tall young man, the beautiful young lady, and the handsome slim boy and the others—I don't know their names, but they are angels. While my car was being serviced, they didn't mind spending time showing me how to fold up the back seats. When I couldn't drive, they picked up and dropped off my car for its pre-sales inspection.nAs a foreigner with language issues, I didn't know how to use the self-service machine located by their office to get petrol for my scooter. I went inside to ask for help, and they assisted me, even though it wasn't related to their business. I learned a new living skill from their kindness.nEveryone there is just so friendly and genuine. It's a place you can trust to get your vehicle serviced.
